Hi, so in roughly late june-early july (2024) i got my up high merch delivered to me. In the app it said the keychain may take a while to be delivered and so i was like alright. i realised just then as i was looking through the app that it still hasn’t been delivered. is it normal to be waiting this long for it? if not what do i need to do?
